This mascara is $30, so it’s definitely an investment. But if you have straight lashes that refuse to hold a curl, this might be the one for you. It gives an incredible lift and fanned-out effect that actually lasts.

The brush is curved with tons of tiny bristles that seem to catch every lash I have, even the tiny ones. The formula is a lightweight gel that doesn’t weigh my lashes down, so the curl holds all day. The pigment is a deep, rich black that adds instant drama.

The Downside: Because it stays on so well, it can be a little tougher to remove. You’ll need warm water and gentle pressure to slide the tubes off.
