It holds you in place without feeling suffocating, and the fabric really breathes. It’s designed to fit your exact measurements, so you get a really secure hold without any chafing during high-impact movement.

The Downside: The straps are pretty thick, and I could see them digging into my shoulders a bit if they were sensitive.
